Hi,
To use the Image randomizers, first log in, then click "your randomizers".
Next, you should see an option that says "Add new randomizer".
You'll need to pick your randomizers url, then click create.
From there, click "modify images" and then you'll have an option to upload images from your computer or from a url. Once the image is chosen, click 'Create'.
Now you should have 1 image in your randomizer.
Repeat those steps to add more images.
I'd advise you use small images, or resize large images so they don't stretch the pages of which you'll be using them on.
