The tool does not seem to let me add images, when I try, I get this error:

You can only upload gif, jpeg, and png images.

Error saving file.

It is a JPG image, so I try converting it to PNG. Still no luck. The image is not above 1MB. When I try to upload it on the forum here, the upload bar becomes frozen.
